Park Area Grass

Please know that the park area grass is not dead, it is in the process of over seeding.

The process begins with shutting off the water for a couple of weeks, and then scalping the lawn. Then the seed is put down and the grass is watered 3x a day for about 3 minutes for two weeks, to get the new seed started. In about a week or so you will start to see fluffy new emerald green grass. In two weeks the grass will be mowed.
