Park Area Behavior
Posted By on April 12, 2019
It has been brought to management’s attention that there are minors throwing rocks and climbing up onto the shade structure located within the park area. The shade structure is being used as a trampoline, which is absolutely unacceptable. The shade structure is not play equipment and should not be climbed onto. If anyone is caught utilizing it as such, and the address of where the person(s) resides is known or provided to Management, the owner will be responsible for any damage that may have been caused to the shade structure and/or items around the shade structure. You will be called to a hearing to discuss the behavior at the park and a fine will be assessed.
As a reminder, parents/guardians should be watching minors at all times in the park area, as they should not be left unattended. Owners and their guests should take pride in keeping the community, and its amenities, looking attractive so as to remain a desirable place to live.
