Park Area Improvements

The Board of Directors recently approved for the sidewalks around the park to grinded in lifted areas due to liability concerns. In addition, there is an area near the tables that will be replaced due to ground settlement.

Please remember that the playground and park areas are closed from 10pm-6am. The lighting has been recently upgraded to allow better lighting for the area at night and prevent loitering.

All of this has been done to take care of the community and enhance your enjoyment in the common areas.
