Community Wide Garage Sale

Important Guidelines and Requirements

Garage or yard sale shall mean any event where items of personal     property owned, utilized, or maintained by the occupants of the premises, other than a licensed commercial business, are to be offered for sale to the general public. This shall include garage, patio, and other similar conducted sales. Only the seller’s personal property may be sold at a garage or yard sale. New merchandise, items acquired or consigned for the purpose of resale, may not be sold at a garage or yard sale. Garage or yard sales are only allowed on properties owned and permitted for residential use.

Exterior Improvements

As a reminder, all exterior improvements including painting must be approved by the architectural committee. An architectural application must be submitted prior to beginning any work. If this is not followed, the enforcement and fine policy will take effect. Applications can be obtained from the resident portal or by contacting our office and we can email one to you.

It has been noticed that there are several exterior improvements going on within the community and applications have not been submitted. No work can began until you receive approval from the architectural committee. If work has been done and approval has not been received you may be informed that the improvement must be removed and restored back to the original condition.

Community Wide Garage Sale Postponed

The Community wide garage sale that is held the first weekend of April has been canceled until further notice due to the COVID-19 issue we are experiencing. Management will issue an update on the new date once that is determined.
